Zac Posen Slap at NY Fashion Week
Jennifer Eymere VS Lynn Tesoro
Seriously people? Are you actually telling me that a grown women – a professional no less – can’t express her frustration in another way that she must resort to slapping someone? How trashy is that! Lol.
Here’s the story:
Zac Posen, New York Fashion Week. Niome Cambell is 40 minutes late, which gives the fire marchel plenty ‘o time to deem the show a potential fire hazard. So said marshal pulls 60 seats from the front row at Avery Fisher Hall. Apparently this left Marie-José Susskind-Jalou (that’s a name..wow) president of Jalou publishing house, without one (catastrophe). While most rational FROW-goers would probably understand, step back and take whatever spot was avalible, Jennifer Eymere (editor at Jalouse) is french and naturally she felt it was only reasonable to lay the smack down (literally) on HL Group co-founder Lynn Tesoro, head of PR for the event.
From WWD:
She claimed Tesoro was being inappropriate to her mother, saying that she first had to seat other people. “I said, ‘Don’t speak to my mom like this. You have to stop to speak like that.’ I said, ‘Be careful, I am going to slap you,’ and she kept doing it, and it just happened.
“I am sorry, I know it’s bad to do that,” she added. “It was a small slap. It was not strong. I didn’t hurt her, it was just to humiliate her. She humiliated my mom, and I humiliated her in front of her crew. Voilà. I just said at the end, ‘Now you know you don’t f–k with French people.’”
But Lynn obviously hasn’t been swayed by the minor degree of slap-age, because the NY Daily News reports today that the PR will be suing Eymere for a hefty $1 million, claiming “assault, battery, emotional distress, slander and/or libel.”
Physically slapped or slapped with a lawsuit? Not really 100% what’s worse… But we do know that you don’t f*ck with an American fashion PR either. Haha.
Side note: What! OMG! Don’t F—k with French people? B*tch please, I’m half french and I don’t go around hitting people….IT’S CALLED ANGER MANAGENET, and it has nothing to do with being French.
PS: Naomi Campbell and Coco Rocha walked for Zac Posen and the show was very well done…but more on that later.
